From LIFE RESET Coaching, Executive Coaching, Individual Sound Healing and Group Sound Baths, Marie will work with you to identify the best course of action to reset your life! With plenty of life and grief experience, an MA in communication, Certification as a Professional Coach, Mediator, Sound Healing and Neurolinguistics Practitioner, Marie will listen, advise, hold you accountable and support you as you navigate change. As YOUR LIFE RESET COACH, Marie can cast light on issues you may not recognize as having importance. She’ll help you discover your purpose and passion while helping you set goals and strategize how to reach them. Life RESET Coaching is provided to you as a means to redefine Sound Healing is used for individual sessions and provides deep relaxation to relieve anxiety, depression, reduce the effects of PTSD, and emotional/mental health challenges. The client is fully clothed and lies on a massage table, while the therapist manipulates placement of bowls on or within inches of your body using light, rhythmic mallet strikes on the bowl to activate vibration. Please wear light textured clothing in order to obtain maximum vibration to the body. (No hoodies, heavy sweatshirts or thick sweaters please, if participating in on-body bowl placement). Some describe their post-session feeling as having had a massage without undressing or being physically manipulated. Others describe the experience as having their nervous system reset, and their brains settled. Reiki is provided either alone or integrated with Sound Healing to provide a deeper energy experience throughout the body. Fee for service is paid by cash, check or Venmo.
